“This is a new store so I had to try it out. I went there this afternoon and it was awesome. I had an Italian sub that was the best Italian sub I've ever had. They were too younger ladies making the cold subs and they need to be commended they did an awesome job. I did order a hot sub which wasn't up to my expectations. There wasn't that much toppings or cheese so I was a little upset about that. There was a lady in a male cooking at the hot sub area. But overall it was awesome!!!”

Bathroom had no toilet paper. Restaurant had no AC maybe, so hot Service was friendly If I lived local I'd do carryout without question. However we made a detour to come here and probably shouldn't have.”

“Starbucks is a treat that I permit myself pretty regularly. This store does a GREAT job, the drinks are top notch (as are most Starbucks' drinks). But what sets them apart is their community involvement and the focus on personal service. If you are there with any regularity, they work hard to remember your name and what you like. And that, too, is like other Starbucks, but the Sumter Starbucks under Kendra's management seems to take it a notch higher and notably friendlier. In these COVID days, that is especially hard, but they still manage it!”
