“Went for the first time today and it was amazing! The deli sandwiches were delicious as was the macaroni salad. The bag deal is not to be missed! You get your money's worth for sure. Bought some trail bologna and dutch loaf as well and they were just as good. They have an amazing selection of foods there. Everyone there was so nice, the place is very clean and smells amazing the minute you walk in! We will be going back soon!”

“I live in Statesville & not been to Salisbury, NC in 2-3 yrs❣️But I couldn't stand it any longer CRAVING A BIG BBQ SANDWICH & SEASONED FRIES, EXTRA CRISPY & their WONDERFUL SWEET TEA❣️‼️❣️I drove to SALISBURY ONLY to go eat at HENDRIX BBQ on RT. 70 just near city limits marker❣️I went in, parking lot was packed, but they had expanded even more since my last visit & there were plenty of seats to choose from❣️I went back where I could watch the news & ordered my ""USUAL""...BBQ SANDWICH, EXTRA CRISPY SEASONED FRIES & SWEET TEA❣️ YUMMY ❣️????❣️I don't go out much due to health & money, but my Dear Mother sent me $10 for Thanksgiving & that's where I spent it‼️Service was quick & very nice as usual❣️Even had minute to talk with Owner‼️I asked if Girl at window would watch me to my car as I was parked a good ways out. A Gentleman sitting with Owner offered to walk me to my car❣️Good old fashioned hospitality❣️It was very much appreciated & one day I'll be back when I can for my SAME FAVORITE MEAL ❣️????❣️THANKS, HENDRIX‼️❣️‼️”

“Wonderful food! The best salad bar in Rowan County! The pizza bar is very good, but their takeout pizza is divine! I love picking up the pizza. My car smells fabulous for the next two days. Getting it home and watching everyone jump to eat it is satisfying. It's not like national chain pizza that ends up as leftovers. Nope! It's gone quickly. My husband has to have this pizza every week. No complaints here, since they always have a great special running. Yum! Get you some!”

“This location is conveniently located often well stocked, good prices on fountain drinks, some of the staff are not very customer friendly. One employee had me ready to not return, just because if her attitude. I gave it some time she has improved but not by much. And i do believe she is a shift leader or she may even be the store manager. The employee i encountered today had a greeting of i don't want to be here, I'm getting paid, so thats enough. Like i say its conveniently located but the staff needs to works on their customer service skills a little.”

“Ah The Carriage Room. This was my hangout in the eightys. I was there 6 nights a week mostly. I was happily pleased that not much had changed in the 30 years since I had last been in. The bartender was extremely friendly and the prices were still very fair. They have enlarged to two rooms, four bathrooms, and three pool tables. The bar is bigger also. They used to have killer burgers, but I didn't try any food. My request, please bring back Old Milwaukee. The taste is as great as it's name.”

“I love this bowling alley. It's best to call or check the schedule before going, but otherwise it is nice and the staff is usually helpful. I love the food area. The cook there knows how to cook the best cheeseburger around here. I go there just to get a cheeseburger and nachos sometimes.”
