    Excellent food. Far from typical Tex-Mex. Clean attractive dining area and friendly staff. Low prices, too. We will be back!

    Food was amazing and the atmosphere was so pleasant. I felt so at home and loved how the owner and her family came out and asked how our experience was. I will be returning to this establishment at least once a week.

    Best authentic Mexican food in town! Service is great, beer is cold, and they always have a different food special on Friday.

    We enjoyed dining at hoppy taco and it was a wonderful experience. The food was amazing as well as the staff. Very very reasonable prices especially for the quality and quantity of food. This is a must for anyone in Salisbury or anyone visiting Salisbury.

    Excellent Restaurant! Brilliant concept! Super tasty Taco truck style food, beautifully presented. Modest beer selection, however everything they have pairs excellently with their food. The only thing I wasn't crazy about was the side of beans, and im not even slightly upset, since everything else was perfect, including portions and prices. I will become a regular here!
