Food is good and prices are reasonable. Service is hit or miss. Last visit, everything was awesome. This visit was not. First item ordered was chicken tenders...last item we received after 30 minutes of waiting, chicken tenders. Yes they were busy, but to-go orders were flying out the door while dine-in waited and waited. While we were waiting, 2 other people's orders were wrong. Finally after getting the tenders, the girl said she'd give me free funnel fries for the wait. Why? They weren't ready either. I wasn't going to wait longer. I declined the offer. As we finished eating the girls working there were talking about customers complaining about wait times. They were complaining about customers while customers were eating and within earshot. I know they were busy, tired and probably understaffed but at least wait until customers aren't there to complain about them. I love the food, but it will be awhile before we visit again.

I've eaten here twice since it opened but not sure I'll be back. First time wasn't very good but I tried again recently. Second time had good and bad. My biggest issue with them is the horrible fries. They always seem undercooked....so much so that we always bring them home and put them in the air fryer for a few minutes. This happens despite me specifically requesting crispy fries. They are always mushy and usually not very warm. The burgers were good once I returned them to be remade because they weren't right. We paid for double cheeseburgers but both only had one patty. I had to call them and return to the restaurant for two more burgers. That was annoying but the employee that helped me was polite and apologetic

In town for the first time in months, had to go get some good ole What-a-burger. I ordered the Ranch burger, thinking I was all set, with my Witch doctor in hand, I go to my house and NO fries...I got back today for a cheeseburger, told them they left off my fries, no offer for replacement, didn't even ask for a receipt, just said sorry. I asked if the menu item was changed, she said no, fries should have been wrapped in the burger. I had even paid for two little ranch cups FOR the fries. Very disappointed with no replacement. Love the food, and the people were nice, but customer service is a thing that keeps little businesses IN business. Do better Locust NC!!

Customer have to understand this is not a fast food restaurant , where you get burgers out of a warmer that have been in there 5 hours , the food is fresh and quality takes time , if you are in a hurry call in your order ahead of time and pick it up at the window give these workers some credit the food is always excellent
