“This is an excellent example of the new stores that look more like coffee shops. Very friendly people here and fast service. I was on crutches so I realized I would need help. They were able to pass the food through the window as I drove around. Easy in and out in this restaurant I highly recommend this on trips in and out of Charlotte.”

“Waitress didn't pay attention. Only took my order, missed half of it. Husband gave her his order, she repeated, then stood there looking around. When I asked my husband if that was all he wanted, he said "yes"....waitress then said "so that's everything?" Assuming that she had it all, we said "yes". A few minutes later, she brought me my sandwich....placed ticket on table and said to let her know if we needed anything else. I called her back and asked about my fries and his sandwich....she said "you didn't tell me you wanted fries, and he said he didn't want anything. " Really bad service this day....wish we'd gone somewhere else.”
