    I'm so glad that this restaurant is in Apex. Absolutely loved loved loved the food..The owners Karuna & Vipul know what they are bringing...I really wish and hope the success of Tandoori Trail. If you haven't yet tried please don't wait..go for it!!!
    The service and hospitality is really good!!!

    Delicious food, great service. Butter chicken, tandoori chicken, Lamb chops, Jalebi Rabdi are must try menu items.

    Ordered dinner takeout for 2, shared a Butter Chicken and Chicken Biryani. We wanted to get the Paneer Tikka Biryani from the menu but it was not available.

    There didn't seem to be an easy way to do online ordering yet, so we called in an order. Pick up was fast and easy, staff was friendly and welcoming.

    Quality of the food was great, everything was aromatic and delicious. It definitely hit the spot and was exactly what we were looking for in terms of taste.

    The downside was that it was pricey - entrees were around $20 each. Also, in both of the dishes, the chunks of chicken were huge (whole drumsticks, large cuts of bone-in pieces). This isn't necessarily a bad thing but it was impossible to eat with just spoon/fork and I felt it should be pointed out for those that may expect more bite-size chunks of chicken in their curry or biryani dishes.

    Overall, I would be very happy if this food was served to me - but I would not visit again on my own because there are a ton of good Indian options around here and I didn't feel they did anything special to warrant the higher prices.

    People craving for Moti mahal food - please go treat yourself here!
    Welcomed by the owner and the manager with a lovely smile.
    Tried tandoori chicken for starters and their specialty butter chicken for main course.
    The best Tandoori chicken I have had in many years.Well cooked,juicy,a great blend of spices in the marination.
    The butter chicken was a dish I am going to have every time I dine in there.
    It was a perfect blend of creamy,tangy,spicy gravy.
    Absolutely loved the dine in experience and I am sure going to visit this place again and again.
