Arby's

Very friendly staff. MARION IS AWESOME!!! She's very customer focused and strives to offer the best in excellent customer satisfaction. It's obvious that she works well with her coworkers to insure they, too, are "on top of their toes" in terms of providing customers with the best customer service and making sure the orders are correct the first time, without having to make corrections "after the fact." Kudos to MARION and the rest of the staff! Every Arby's should strive mimic this location's efforts to provide the same outstanding level of customer service! But I can't say enough about MARION and her impeccable customer service... she truly is AWESOME!!!

*Edit* Nice improvements my last few visits! Keep up the good work! Prompt response in drive thru and VERY hospitable, fast, friendly service and a slight wait for my order which meant I was waiting on fresh food! I'll leave my prior comment up for reference.....

*As an ex 5yr employee it's extremely disappointing to visit a store with such unenthusiastic or UNPROMPT customer service! I sat at the speaker for 2 FULL MINUTES before being acknowledged!! Unacceptable!! I understand things can get busy but that's just inconsiderate and makes the customer feel unimportant. I almost drove off. The cashier didn't seem to value her job or care to be there even giving me a smirk after asking a question. It's your job and should be grateful to have one and at least try and be somewhat personable. At least the food was good but customer service is a must if u want me to return.
