(April 30, 2023, 1:59 am)A delicious replacement for the former Korean fried chicken place at H Mart (Soo Chicken). I was sad to see the other one go, but this is equally delicious. It is the same chain as the one in Durham which I enjoy.
The chicken is crisp and saucy on the outside, succulent and hot on the inside. Service and speed were kind of slow but labor shortages ate everywhere and it seems this place is trying its best.
