    I don't mind the sandwiches...typical subs , but I wish that they did'nt finely grate the lettuce, which eventually makes the whole sandwich soggy and less appealing. Also the kids working there always seems so unhappy...cheer up, it could be much much worse!

    Slow service. All employees standing around while the same person taking the order has to cut the meat. Better management needed.

    The entire staff was very friendly and efficient. The young lady (I wish I knew her name) at the register was smiling and made such a good impression for my first time at this location. I most definitely will return! Great Job Jersey Mike's for hiring such a great staff.
