Very very nice place to have close enough authentic Xinjiang flavor food in heart of Cary. Will definitely come back for more.

My dad found this restaurant through Google and my parents tried the restraunt out and loved it, so of couse my husband and I and our friends had to try this restaurant ourselves. We got hot tea, family size mixed kebabs, fresh salad & hand cut fried potatoes. WHAT A WONDERFUL PLACE. The cute tea pot and tea was great, service was OUTSTANDING, everything is fresh to order, food was SOOOOO good like grandma cooking & music & decor made it all even better. THANK YOU SO MUCH TO THE OWNERS!!! GREAT PLACE TO BE!!!We can't get enough. We hope the menu will keep getting bigger. WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK.

What a great place! The food is so authentic and fresh, lamb chop kebab was the best I ever had. I usually get lamb lollipops at Capital Grill, which I thought were the best until I tried Silk Road’s taste. The atmosphere is really family friendly. The owner came out to say hello and his daughters were so pleasant and nice. Can’t wait to go back!!

Amazing food lagman plov and manti are incredible. Samsa with minced meat is unbelievable, highly recommend
