“The food was fresh and very good. For $14 I received chicken, rice, salad and pita bread. You get a good portion of food. They are located in a food truck so I almost missed them. I will definitely be back.”

“Great experience picking up an online order. The shrimp and beef plates were delicious, tasted fresh and were a great value. You can easily get two meals out of each plate. Especially appreciated that the sauces were packed separately to keep things from becoming soggy on the way home. We don’t eat out often since it’s tough to find something relatively healthy at a price that isn’t prohibitive, but Hibachi 88 appears to be an exception. We’ll be back for sure!”

“Had ordered for catering a house party. They took the order on the last minute where others couldn’t. They got it ready on time. The food was delicious & spicy. Just the way we like it. Their Vegetable Biryani has to be the best in the area. Would definitely order from them in the future!!”

“Wow - this place is amazing! I tried the salmon burger and fries and it did not disappoint. Nice seasoning on the fries made them very tasty. The salmon burger had lettuce, tomato, sauce, a little lemon and tasty bun to wrap it all up. I'm not always a huge seafood person but I could eat this every week, so excited for a new spot to open up nearby. Excited to try out more soon! Ordering online and pickup was super easy.”

“Good lanes and kind staff. They have a pretty good person in the pro shop now too. I have a feeling I will be going here for a while. Not to mention the gentleman at the snack bar at night makes a really good bacon egg and cheese.”

“Looks like they're just reopening and working out the kinks. Staff was very friendly and once they get things up and running smoothly it will be a nice place to visit. Had some issues our first time there but I understand they are still in the soft opening phase. I will be back in a couple months. Wings are great. Drinks are good.”

“Can't say enough good things about this place! This is my family's new go-to spot in Cary for authentic Mexican food. Spectacular decor, awesome service and even better food! Big ups to the owners 👍👏”

“This place makes the best Italian subs. Pure heaven. Sadly it has become an addiction. Every other day I'm ordering these. I've seen so many Potbelly's and never tried them until a month ago, and the cookies are an addiction within themselves. Always have my coffee brewed for the chocolate fudge brownie cookies and oatmeal chocolate chip. Whoever you are making the sandwiches...Thank you. You make my day every other day. lol”

“I tried their pasta with the arrabiata sauce (I think I had fettuccine or linguini) can’t remember which pasta I ordered lol. Anyhow it’s a spicy sauce had a kick to it and my husband loved it. I thought it was great even though I’m not a fan of spicy food but excellent portion for the money.”

“This place is great! Merkato Cafe serves authentic Ethiopian food, which is rare in the Triangle. Love the flavor of the dishes. The injera is awesome (all teff-flour). The owners were really nice. Definitely will be coming back :)”

“I haven't had food as fresh and delicious as here, in a long time. The food wasn't greasy, and was packed full of flavor. If you are from up North, their Duck sauce is close to some of the mom and pop style house made sauces. The pork fried rice, and egg fried rice were not too heavy and all around delicious. The sweet and sour chicken had pineapple, peppers (both green and red bell) and onion and was similar to the sauce I had at Chinese restaurants in Japan. Overall amazing food, and was totally worth the wait!”

“A real gem that I have passed by on my daily travels and finally experienced. Portions are small, uh very small, but food is exquisite and service is so good, it borders on being intrusive, just not used to that in this area. Not really an Asian restaurant, although there is a very nice sushi bar in the front. Asian influenced is probably a better description. One of the best restaurants in the triangle area imo. Don't pass it up, you will not be disappointed.”

“The tacos were meaty & flavorful. I will definitely return to Big T’s taco truck. The ingredients taste fresh, the lime, & salsa really set off all the flavors and they tasted delicious together with the broth. I can’t wait to go back”

“I loved the food at Take 5 Cafe. All homemade & hand crafted! The Kafta pizza was amazing! The zaatar’ pie was so tasty. The Eclair was mouth watering. Can’t wait to try the salads & sandwiches!”

“I came down from NYC to visit my son and granddaughter for the holidays and they showed me this place. One word sums it up: WOW (caps lock intended)!!! The decor is super modern yet cozy. The staff was very helpful and friendly as they answered my myriad of questions, especially Jesse who was absolutely charming and helped me arrange a birthday cake for my granddaughter. And least we forget the food! Amazingly priced for the level of artistry. $35 for six pastries, a loaf of brioche, and two slices of crepe cake.... that would cost closer to $100 in NY. I most definitely recommend this place and hope it becomes in the Triangle.”

“Very high quality food and drinks. The cashiers always greet you when you walk in, and the customer service is 10/10 (Most of the cashiers even remember my name after going there several times!) The cafe itself is nice and clean with separate tables to follow social distancing guidelines, and all staff members are wearing a mask. My go to order is the black milk tea, teastew pork rice plate, and popcorn chicken. Great place for a study or hangout spot!”
