    Love Dunkin'. Only gripe is they never toast their bagels enough. Today, I asked for dark toasted and still barely toasted and cold.

    My order was not made like I normally get it due to miscommunication (my fault), I let them know and they quickly and kindly remade it correct. Fantastic customer service, no attitude whatsoever.

    would love to see someone who works here who actually likes their job or has a smile on their face nine times out of 10 I’m getting someone who is barely talking and has no personality. how sad.

    Stopped in to grab coffee during a moving day! The lady at the drive thru was very friendly. My coffee was great and so was my husbands. Will be continuing to go here for great customer service!
