Bluegrass Bagels

This place offers far more than bagels -- don't let the name confuse you. Sandwiches, burgers, and prepared refrigerated meals are available. Sweets and desserts are here, too. Lots of seating and parking in rear. My wheat bagel was untoasted and chewy, and I have had better. Service was fast.

Love stopping by on my way to work for a breakfast sandwich. This morning I got sweet treats for my office mates. Bagel was delicious as always but don’t sleep on the donuts or other goodies.

I go here like 2-4 times a week for a bagel and some baked goods. Reading the negative reviews about service and cleanliness, I'm a little surprised. I rarely order stuff cooked to order in the back so I can't speak much to their speed. Some employees are nicer than others, but most are very friendly (just busy at times). I've never seen a safety/cleanliness issue here, but can't speak to what others saw. As far as the food goes, the bagels are fantastic classic boiled New York bagels. Muffins, cakes and pastries are plentiful diverse and all delicious. They have a million different options and they're all great.

I haven't been to Bluegrass Bagels in quite sometime, but I just moved back to the Fuquay side of town. My brothers were in town today and we stopped in for a quick bite. Food was great! While we were there, we saw the frozen meals in the cooler. Do not sleep on these!!! The lasagna was fantastic!!! We will definitely try the other dishes as well. 🙂
