“I go here like 2-4 times a week for a bagel and some baked goods. Reading the negative reviews about service and cleanliness, I'm a little surprised. I rarely order stuff cooked to order in the back so I can't speak much to their speed. Some employees are nicer than others, but most are very friendly (just busy at times). I've never seen a safety/cleanliness issue here, but can't speak to what others saw. As far as the food goes, the bagels are fantastic classic boiled New York bagels. Muffins, cakes and pastries are plentiful diverse and all delicious. They have a million different options and they're all great.”

“Had chicken sandwich, tuna sandwich fresh, good and simple! Had a bowl of chicken risotto soup, that was one of the best soups i had in restaurants! But those home made cakes, another lever of baking :) carrot cake, raspberry cake and chocolate muffin .. i shared all this with my wife. U definitely have to try it”
