Pimiento Tea Room

I love Pimento Tea room! The staff is friendly and the owner is well involved. I enjoy the atmosphere. The character silhouettes above the stairs are hilarious. I always feel like the staff goes over and beyond when serving you. They want you to have a great experience.

I see only two areas that need improved. The first is when you come in, there needs to be a better host system. People need to know where to check in or at least need to be acknowledged when they arrive. Second, I have a serious sweet tooth and the treats are even a bit too sweet for me.

I really look forward to my next visit.

The inside is beautiful and the patio was heated and lovely.
The menu changes often. The staff is friendly and helpful.
Parking was tight when we were there (good for them!). But there is some parking just across the street.

What a fantastic addition to Holly Springs! I stopped by for a quick lunch and discovered an amazing space with a super cool vibe and absolutely delicious food. The tea sandwiches offer an interesting combination of flavors that is very enjoyable and unique, and the scones plus flavored butters are a treat! I will definitely come back!

Such a welcome addition to the area!! We’ve been several times and the food, tea and ambiance is amazing! My kids absolutely love the collard green dip and they’ve both become tea connoisseurs! We usually order 5-6 items and have yet to have anything that wasn’t amazing! Their soups are fantastic - today I had the Brunswick stew and I can’t say enough about how delicious it was! Cant wait to see when they are officially live!

Stopped in to check it out and discovered a new gem in the neighborhood...we will be regulars! Great owner (Matt and family) who “get it”! The tea was perfect and the scones and accompanying spread was awesome! So happy to see good places opening in Downtown Holly Springs! The menu had great snack and lunch options, beer, wine, and of course tea. The owner is expanding the menu for dinner. Great place!
