Tropical Smoothie Cafe

The below issue is no more. Just has the best Hummus Bowl yet. Thanks for the change.

I have been going to this food chain for years and have rarely been disappointed. This location, so frustrating. I have started tracking this location, as I noticed, they only puts romaine in there Hummus Veggie Bowls which states to contain “romaine, kale and spinach”. I have probably consumed 5 or 6 bowls over the past few months and I have noticed, very little kale and spinach, and the bowls are often not really full. I wonder if it is romaine in my Avocolada. Don’t be cheep.

I’m all about a natural healthy smoothie!! I recently visited your Holly Spings location.
Victoria was just awesome with advising me of the different choices she could make with the tastes I told her I preferred. The smoothie was by far the best I have tasted. She even went beyond to follow up with me to make sure that the smoothie was to my satisfaction. Great customer service and this customer will be returning.
I’ve been to smoothie king in the past and never got this kind of personal service.

Victoria is so sweet and down to earth. We chatted for a few minutes and she was very genuine. I had never been to a tropical smoothie cafe before and she made some suggestions for me and I went with one of them and it tasted amazing! We play baseball and my son loves Tropical Smoothie Cafe. I’m typically not the one to do a review but during our trip to Holly Springs we stopped in for a protein shake and met a fantastic staff. One young lady in particular, Madison W, really took our experience to the next level. Her energy and enthusiasm were AWSOME. She is truly an asset to Tropical Smoothie Cafe, the Holly Springs store, and the customers she serves. Thank you Madison W for a great experience.
