I wasn’t feeling well today but I pushed through since it’s Fathers Day. My daughter stopped into Brigs this afternoon following church. Our server inquired if she was enjoying her time with me, whether I was a good dad, and if she would be paying the tab. The server offered to let my daughter wash the dishes since she had spent all of her money. Well much to my surprise, the server came back and said, “You guys are good to go. The tab has already been paid for you. It’s a Fathers Day Gift.” It truly warmed my heart for someone that doesn’t know us to be so generous. I wish like everything that I could remember her name but I was to out of it. At any rate, I just wanted to acknowledge her, the great service, and the great food that we received. Brigs has definitely gained my family and I as lifelong customers and fans as a result of their servers efforts to make us feel loved.
I’ve been going here for years. They never disappoint. Love the fact that they have longer hours now. Foods always served quickly.
My favorite place to eat! My family took me here for Mother's day! Best omelets in the world to me! I love everything about this place!! Great service and great food! Everything about it is outstanding!
This place would have gotten five stars but my server was very dry and not very attentive. The hostess and everyone else were friendly. I visited this place on a Monday at 11:00. I waited about 20 minutes to be seated, which isn't bad. I had a cup of tea, the seafood scramble and a hot cake. The food was very delicious and the portions were generous. I was very satisfied with my meal.
I really enjoyed my breakfast this morning. My server was Anthony, an excellent waiter. Why do the hostess always try to put you near the kitchen or some other ungodly place? Is it because I am a lone female? It's not a good impression you are making with the customer. My dad taught me to be a great tipper and speak up when service sucks. I know most restaurants think women are terrible tippers, please stop profiling. Anthony was excellent and received over 30% for his skills.
Just an aside..I think Anthony needs to find an agent asap...he is a knockout red head and naturally charming. It would be Brigs loss but some people are destined for greatness.
