McDonald's

I arrived at Noon in a Saturday and my meal was so fresh. The bun on my fish filet was soft and the sandwich was just the perfect temperature. The fries were hot and fried at the perfect timing that it was crispy and soft in the inside. Everything was made to perfection. This location has a nice outdoor sitting area.

The food was what we've all come to expect. It was good, fast and relatively inexpensive. But, the pricing was confusing.
I ordered hotcakes with sausage and added a side of eggs. The bill came to over $8. Though, the Big Breakfast, which included those items plus a biscuit and hash browns was under $5. I didn't want the extra items. But, I felt the initial pricing was unreasonable. So, the Big Breakfast it was. I really hate to throw away food. There are too many hungry people in the world. But, that's exactly what I did. I sure wish McDonalds had a reasonable, structured pricing model.

I ordered a fish sandwich and it came out on a toasted bun, really hard texture, and I wrote McDonald’s to complain that I preferred the old steam buns, better than a toasted bun. Well, I unleashed a fire storm, with in minutes I had emails and phone calls from local and corporate headquarters, to tell me that they did not change the bun and it should not ever be toasted. The 4 star rating is for McDonald’s quick action, they let me know that they will be on top of it, the corporate people I spoke with took all of the blame, saying that they will look at their training, of team members, and that they must communicate better with team members. I have been back several times and No further issues. Good Job McDonald’s.
