    I LOVE Starbucks! Especially this location. They just keep it simple and stress free. They greet you, take the order, make the drink and you're out the door. Perfect everytime!

    I visited location at Edwards Mill road in Raleigh North Carolina, on Sunday, February 23, 2020. I visit many Starbuck locations during the week for work and for personal pleasure. I can say without a doubt you can count on consistency in the quality of the product that you will receive. My favorite drink is always perfect no matter the location. However, the consistency and quality of customer service is not equal in every store. I will say at this location the staff is amazing. They are very friendly. They work well together and get orders to the customers quickly. I want to thank Amanda for helping me and greeting all the customers I watched her interact with courteously and with a smile. It is a small Starbucks location, but is big on outstanding, friendly and engaging customer service.
