“First, I come to this Sheetz quite often since it’s right by the college and I’ve always been met with friendly staff. I rarely order food here because I’m usually just in and out to buy cigarettes, but today I decided I’d grab a quick bite. Despite my order being wrong the first time and part of my order being missing, the employees working were very apologetic and were quick to fix everything in a timely manner. As someone who has worked in customer service for many years, I value those who are kind and willing to fix a mistake without fuss or annoyance. “This location is decent but not quite as clean as some. I used to always get gas here on my way to work like clockwork, until I bought an electric car and don't need gas anymore. I hope that Sheetz will consider adding EV charging stations. In a few years, the price of EVs will be so close to gas cars that it will be a no-brainer. Sheetz will either be the future or go the way of Blockbuster video.”

“The soups and sandwiches were really good and made from fresh ingredients. I really don't understand making customers walk three blocks in sub zero temperatures to get cash because they a) don't want to eat the 3% cost of a cc purchase or b) they are not reporting the income. This should just be a cost of doing business or give the customer an option to pay an additional .40 to .50 cents instead of pushing them out in the cold. In the end despite good tasting food, it left a bad taste in my mouth”
