    Pretty good and excellent prices. One downer: some items on the hot bar had definitely passed its prime.

    Cafe 3000 meals are affordable and you get variety of entrees. Also affordable price.

    Food is bland but for hospital food its pretty good if you add your own condiments.

    The self serve bar always has something very tasty, today was Grilled Chicken Greek Salad! The WakeMed makes are really great for the outstanding price! I have no complaints about the food here, always something good and decently healthy to eat!

    I used to visit daily when I worked across the street from them. People always complain about hospital cafeteria food... I can not complain about wakemeds cafe... I love everything about them including the large variety of food they have & desserts! ????????
