Cousins Maine Lobster RALEIGH ?

I have been waiting to try this for sometime!

I personally order the Connecticut! The taste was good (nothing exceptional). I did enjoy it!

However, the amount of food you get for the price leaves you not so impressed.

My daughter got the Lobster Grilled Cheese. This looked amazing. For what it is worth, she thoroughly enjoyed her sandwich

The taste and the service are are good.

The drawback is in the cost!

I would have to agree with the prior comments. Amazing service, food was great quality, and yummy to the taste buds. The portion size (Connecticut Roll) wasn't what I thought it would be for the price. Quite small for a lobster roll of my choosing. I do understand that its good quality lobster. Adding a cheap side would be helpful to fill your consumers appetite. (small thing of corn on the cob, cornbread, hush puppies) I've seen below you've been taking comments into action. Keep it up and you'll be set ?

I grabbed a Connecticut roll yesterday when the truck was parked in SouthPark.

Definitely delicious, and the meat was great quality.

Like others have said portions are small for the price. I think the roll was 19 bucks after tax.

It wouldn’t have been hard to put down 3 or 4 of them.

$13 would probably be a more fair price point.

That said I think it’s worth a try, just know it won’t be cheap.

This was my first time ordering from the Cousins Main Lobster food truck located in Salisbury NC. I downloaded the app to avoid the line. I ordered the Connecticut Roll (as pictured and described on the app as (Main Lobster, served warmed with butter and lemon, served on a New England Style roll) and was priced at 16.95 for just the sandwich. It looked huge! I thought this would be the size of a brat or sub roll. I also got a whoopie pie. So total with tax and tip was 23.83. The service was quick. The packaging was nice. The meat was delicious. It was tasty! But the sandwich was small. It was a toasted hot dog bun that was not overflowing with meat by no means. It was a nice experience and something I don't get to have every day. But probably wouldn't return because the cost is too much for little food. I would suggest giving your customers a side of slaw and chips with the sandwich so we feel like we got a little bang for the buck. I think if you swapped the pricey logo bag out for plain ones you can offer your customers the extra food in order to stay in budget!

Decent serving. But overall small compared to price. The lobster tots did not have that much lobster in them albeit they were tasty...1 Connecticut, 1 Maine and Tots. $52. Wow.
Definitely worth trying, don’t get me wrong. But sure was pricey. Thanks.
