First Watch

My first visit to First Watch was an amazing experience. I ordered the veggie burger with mixed greens off regular menu. This was the best veggie burger that I tasted. This is almost like a gourmet veggie burger with fresh ingredients from the farm. The organic mixed greens salad had the lightest dressing topping it with superb flavor tingling my taste buds. I have searched high and low for a simple mixed green salad with light, barely-there dressing. I am thoroughly pleased. My son ordered the short ribs omelet off of the new seasonal menu. The meal filled him up completely. Who can deny the sumptuous flavor of thinly sliced short beef ribs that are braised in savory red wine with house-roasted shallots.
Also, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We were outside and decided to transfer to inside of the restaurant. It was done swiftly and we kept same server. Side note: They even have dairy-free creamer and raw sugar for coffee for those avoiding dairy. An awesome place to dine for everyone.

This location is awesome! I’ve eaten at others before but they went above and beyond at this one. The food was great and came out super fast. The service was great and our server Kyle was super friendly and attentive. Overall I had a great meal and would highly recommend!!

The most wonder restaurant experience in a long time! Our server. CLAUDIA was the BEST! Her attention to detail and friendliness was incredible. She was very personable, too.
By the way, the food was superb. Great taste, mingled flavors added to our experience!

My nephew and I came here for breakfast and upon our arrival we were greeted and seated immediately. Devin, our waitress took VERY GOOD care of us! She was very attentive and answered all of the questions that I had asked her! She was very patient and kind all around. We will be returning, soon!

This is the second time I have come to first watch and I thoroughly enjoyed my self. This place taste like a slice of Manhattan meets North Carolina in the most decadent way. Not only was the food overwhelmingly delicious but our server Kyle was amazing. In my humble opinion, Kyle’s strength as a server is his dedication to not only his quality of service but his down to earth, customer care first attitude. My mother and I love to ask questions and Kyle answered them all with complete confidence and patience. Go Kyle!
