Im at the Starbucks on Wake Forest Rd it's a really big very nice store. Customer's can come in to order but can't sit inside. But they have patio sitting outside. They also have a speedy drive-thru. I'm enjoying my coffee on the patio.

Today was my first time going there and it was a pleasant experience. Being that it’s a new Starbucks, it’s clean, very large and open, nicely decorated and furnished. The bathrooms were clean. The main area where people sit also was very clean, tables and floor both were clean. The staff were very friendly, nice, quick and very professional. I will be visiting again soon. Also, there was plenty of parking though it was a little too busy for me to go through the drive-through. But overall it was one of the nicest Starbucks that I’ve been to and I’ve been to hundreds.

Came by this store the other day on my way home after a long day from work. Had a pretty bad day and was soaking wet from the rain and just wanted a hot cup of coffee but instead for much more. I was greeting by the sweetest girl in the world. Her name was Maddie. She greeted me with a smile and pleasant conversation. Took my order fast and and got it to me with no problems. She recommended the chestnut praline latte and that’s exactly what I got and it’s the best drink I’ve ever gotten from Starbucks. We Chatted for a bit since I was the only one in line and it really made my day. A simple conversation sometimes can go a long way. Best customer service I’ve ever experienced at a Starbucks and I will be making this my morning stop for coffee !
