They are the best empanadas in Raleigh! Hands down!! You see their truck stop it’s worth every bite and they make them fresh!
It's been hard to find good food with real flavor since moving south, but it's not hard to find that at MikeNice Empanadas!! The mac & cheese has just the right amount of seasoning and cheesy goodness. The rice and beans is just like what your Grandma always had on the stove and you can tell it's made with love too. The fries, don't get me started on the fries. They're hot, they're seasoned and they're crisp - also something hard to come by these days. The empanadas have an amazing light, flakey, crispy shell that almost melts in your mouth and they're stuffed to the brim just like you're going be when you're done with MikeNice Empanadas!
Mike Nice Empanadas joined us for our first Food Truck event at THE CORNERSTONE! Thank you for helping us get started! They were prompt and professional and had GREAT FOOD! I wish I could have tried everything on the menu! The Philly Steak eggrolls were awesome! Hot and fresh! I want one now! I hope you will join us again soon!
