This has become my favorite brunch spot in Raleigh. My go to order is the Pedro; but ask for it on their English muffin! Seriously as big as your face. The chorizo is well seasoned. I also love to have my eye out for whatever housemade soda special they have. Last time it was a mandarin cardamom which was a real treat since I almost never drink soda
Fantastic little neighborhood place. Food is fresh and tastes great, staff is super friendly. One of my favorite local spots.
This is a quaint little cafe that's menu is full of great choices. We got the roasted turkey sandwich and Aloha bowl. They were both made fresh and tasted phenomenal. I can't write in words enough to describe how great they both tasted. It's one of those things you need to experience if you enjoy a great meal. I left wishing I had a food blog to rave about how wonderful the experience of eating there was for us. They also make the root beer fresh. If you're a fan of root beer then you have to go. I'll be returning to try more of the menu and can't wait to see what the root beer float has in store for my taste buds.
I ate at the cafe for the first time last week. Incredibly comfortable and so yummy. I had friends in from Georgia and Tokyo over the weekend and we all just had a wonderful breakfast at the cafe to end our weekend gatherings. Staff is warmly welcoming and on the job! Jelly bar: THAT'S what we do with the 2nd half of that giant biscuit. Can't wait to bring more friends! Thank y'all!
Susan and Daniel are the nicest people I think I've ever met running a restaurant. Forget about the fact that their food is better than anywhere in Raleigh. I mean really, the best ingredients, taste, style, and presentation. I think they should be mentioned everywhere, but I'm afraid it will become too popular! I called to ask Susan a question today about their ingredients, and she actually remembered me even though we just met today. My family and I love this place and look forward to our weekly, and sometimes biweekly visit! Home made sodas, ice cream, fresh biscuits, burgers are outstanding. I could go on and on. Go here and see for yourself!
