“It's about time Raleigh got a boardgame bar. What a great bar. Good snack food and inexpensive drinks. Fun place to hang out with friends. Friendly owner and bartender.”

“We stopped here on our trolley pub ride. It was early and quiet inside. However, our bartender was outstanding! Kind, courteous and friendly! He took the time out to take some great pics of our group and make us laugh at his antics! I believe this is a warm and welcoming place to visit. The courtyard is cozy, yet an open space with history surrounding it. It didn't quite feel like London but it was reminiscent in some ways. Go! Visit! And see for yourself!”

“Took my girl here and we absolutely love this place! I didn't catch my bartenders name but he was phenomenal! He whipped me up a dreamsicle icey! Tasted incredible! I definitely need the recipe. We were treated like queens even at the door. This absolutely handsome man at the door checked our IDs and was such a sweetheart. Before leaving we danced on top of the bar and it was such a great experience over all! Will definitely be returning whenever I get a chance! I highly recommend. Bring cash with you so you can do pool tables and small arcade type games. Great mix of music too.”

“We had a great night last night – out to see Brian Regan at Goodnights comedy club. I felt totally safe (meaning no danger of virus attacks!) And everyone was very socially conscious and had a great time just like we did. Great to be out again - having fun. We sure needed a laugh and Brian supplied many!!”

“This super stylish restaurant serves up delicious, European-inspired dishes. They have huge windows and beautiful indoor/outdoor spaces. We love them so much, we feature them on our Raleigh Walking Food Tour.”

“Beautiful and open, albeit loud, space. The menu was varied and interesting, with lots of options for the vegetarians as well as the meat eaters. Loved the pearl couscous and the ribs. Liked the diverse wine list. The key lime mousse for dessert was lovely. A nice treat if you’re in the area.”

“This is one of my favorite places in the Triangle to see smaller acts. There are two floors to view from. The bar carries a good selection of beer and alcohol. The corridor leading up to the door is cool for a fun photo opp. Always a good time at Pour House.”

“The staff were very friendly and the food was excellent. We were a large party but the wait staff was still very attentive. They were patient when some of the party were over a half hour late. The menu had many selections for both those of us who love sushi and those who won't touch it. There was a large selection of craft beers on tap, wine (domestic and imported) and cocktails. All-in-all and very enjoyable evening.”

“Cheap food (it's hot or miss in quality) and fairly cheap beer. Not a bad place to stop and eat. They also have several pool tables that are free to use as long as you're ordering food/drinks. We have good luck getting tables during the evenings on weekdays and Friday afternoon. Not sure about weekends.”
