Panera Bread

Love this place!!!
When you have little “me” time, why not treat yourself to some Panera, right?
Yummy scones and hazelnut coffee - mmmmm... delish!
I met another Panera lover who wasn’t staring at her phone like most many others, lol, anyway we chatted up and didn’t notice how almost two hours flew by! It’s chill, it’s clean, the background music is always soft and nice, the cashier was a jolly man who helped me make a decision on the dessert... Oh, and they give you a treat on your birthday (on the rewards cards) ;)

They have delicious sandwiches and soup, fast courteous service

I've been going to this location for years and while it's very busy and parking sucks its typically a good place to visit. However recently they've hired a new worker (I was unable to find his name) and every time I go in he's just not having a good day (which it happens). This time I was so "lucky" to have needed his help. The guy who was checking the bags for items in the TO GO spot told him to take me and get my cookie for me. I thought no big deal, it'll be quick and I can get out. No this guy took over 5 minutes to get to the bakery counter then turned and walked off without giving it me. I followed him and went "excuse me but the cookie that I paid for?" he rolled his eyes and pointed to some poor sap behind the counter then went "not my problem."

I know everyone has bad days but this was down right rude. Panera train your people better.

The service was impeccable! The facility was clean. The bakery was appealing. The food was served fast. High quality ingredients served at the right temperature. I recommend this location to anyone in or around the Crossroads shopping area!

Great food! A bit pricey but my kids love it and it’s healthy. The drive through most times is fast and efficient.
