    This location is next to Carolina Ale house, 98 bypass, wake forest nc. Quiet. Same selections as other Panera Breads. Good place for lunch, coffee or tea and a treat.

    It's a cold, rainy day & Panera's soup & sandwich combo was just right! The 10 vegetable soup is delicious. I added to that the roasted turkey, apple & cheddar cheese sandwich for just the right touch. A truly great lunch!
