Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Window employees were most likely having an off-day. There was Zoe and another lady. Zoe dropped consumables onto the floor and then picked them up to try to hand to me before throwing her headset off and walking away. The other lady shut the window and walked off when I asked for the consumables to be replaced. I was also blamed for poor communication when my order did not come out as I asked at the speaker.

Good chicken though.

I used to work across the street and i was in here a few times a week. Consistently great food. I've never had bad service either. Only a few minor mistakes that you would expect at a fast paced chain restaurant like this but they were always incredibly apologetic and did everything they could to fix any issues. Even when they're packed, they're incredibly nice and everything moves quickly. If you're looking for a great tasting meal that'll fill you up for under $10 this is the place to go! Definitely my favorite chain in Wake Forest

Zaxby's chicken fingers are good, but I love their fries! Service here is usually pretty good and very friendly. Overall, the family enjoys zaxbys and we plan to keep going back.
