Far and away the very best "pub food" I've had. Ever. Matter of fact IMO if they had a more "restaurant-y" menu I am positive they'd be as good as any. The quality of the ingredients was obvious as was the preparation! The chef obviously cares about the product served. I had the Rudy's dip which was AMAZING. Perfectly done roast beef as tasty as any, the fries? DEAR GOD, the fries....those little bits of paradise were damn near, if not some of the best I have eaten in my 57 years on this planet! Full disclosure I also was very happy and pleased to meet my new found ( thanks 23andme) Rob ( the owner ) and sister Cindy ( the head chef!) But my review stands.....I would not have given a bad one ( Being family, I would have left nothing ) But they have definitely earned my 5 stars!

Came here for the chicken and waffles. But they didn't have just ordinary chicken and waffles, no. They had the best chicken and waffles I've had in my life. The waffle is not one of those hotel breakfast waffles. It's made from the milk of angelic cows and cooked to perfection.
The chicken somehow is both crispy and melt in your mouth making me question my taste buds.
How could something taste better than this?
Oh. I'll tell you how. They're sausage gravy is something that I would pay my last dollar to have even a drop of. If I were stranded in the desert for a week and then offered as much water as I wanted, or an ounce of their gravy, I think you know what I'd choose. The gravy. Every. Time.

These flavors work together as if Mozart and Bach were risen from the grave, united, with the sole purpose of creating a new masterpiece. A symphony above all symphonies. A sound that made people fall in love, laugh, cry, and bring peace to Earth. All this but for your mouth.

This chicken and waffles was so good, I had to order two. I couldn't believe what I was eating, so I had to make sure. How can food be so good? I'm not sure. But through my tears, I can say my faith in God has been restored.

    Thank you Rudy's(and Hannah!),
    A humble, grateful patron

The food choices are vast and plentiful. Good selection of sauces for the wings and includes a sauce that comes with a waiver for your to sign :)

Plenty of TV's to catch the game and easy accommodation to get the game that you want on your table side TV.

Wait time for food was low and food comes out hot.

HOWEVER (and reason for losing a star), bring a flashlight because you can barely see the words on the menu with how dark it is. Not sure why it's so dark.

Great establishment! I came with a fairly large group, and as the group grew, the staff were very accommodating. Our waitress did an amazing job taking care of us. We came on karaoke night, which was a blast. The karaoke DJ was awesome. I can't wait to meet my friends back here!!!

Stopped in on St. Patrick’s Day for some corned beef and cabbage. Wasn’t overly crowded but had a good size crowd. The food was delicious and the service was great. My husband had the corned beef, I had chicken fingers with the spicy ranch sauce on them. Both were fantastic. Will stop by again next time we are in Apex.
