Dunkin'

Waited in the drive thru a little longer than expected. My ice coffee came with a little too much chocolate. Had to pitch it out when I got home. Good for those chocolate lovers.

This Dunkin location is hit or miss on good service. The coffee and food are consistently good, as I order an iced coffee every time I go. However, the service can be bad at times. There will be workers that don’t speak English, screw up orders, or just straight up not friendly. Usually it is dine in orders that take a while to be prepared, not drive-thru. Luckily, I go through the drive-thru so I don’t experience a long wait. I don’t want this review to be all negative, because I love the Dunkin franchise. This location provides consistently good coffee, the manager just needs to provide more training to have their workers look happy to work there (or at least fake it).

Wanted smoked sausage with my croissant. They only had regular sausage or turkey sausage. Got 2 chocolate frosted donuts but something was off about them. If you eat them regularly you'd know those particular type of donuts are always perfect. So when something is off you can immediately tell.
