McCalls BBQ & Seafood Restaurant

Went in on Saturday - the food selection wasn't as varied as you would expect from a Soul Food Buffet. I prefer my meat more done. It was ok. Service was friendly. I heard they have more variety on Sunday.

Well it's always packed. There's literally a ton of people in the building. But when we finally got inside, and I finally made my plate, my taste buds took me on a trip to heaven. Everything was perfect. And the barbeque sauce on the ribs was too much for me to handle. I almost fainted it was so good.

Very sweet waitress. Cant remember her name but she was a sweet heart. Took good care of us. Definitely gonna stop back by on our way to the beach again.

We had to start coming to McCalls since Bills in Wilson closed. They have a great selection and the food was hot and tasty. The barbecue is alright, I am a little biased of course being a Wilson gal but I give them five stars and keep coming back for the dessert. Absolutely incredible!!! Very nice employees!

Excellent service, great food. Had to ask for bowls, as there were no bowls for soup or at salad bar. Staff brought bowls out and started stacking them and completely echnored me.
Also waitress who was standing near kitchen entrance was staring at me and did not look very pleasant. Otherwise we enjoyed ourselves. I wish they gave disabled veterans a discount, we would come more often.
