    Staff is short handed. Shouldn't take 12 min for a Big Mac and fries. When it does, it shouldn't all be served barely warmer than room temp.
    The young girl taking orders , and putting them together did a fine job. She was courteous in spite of customers obvious displeasure.
    But she needs some extra hands on duty

    There is a new guy that has been working the first drive through line and he has been so friendly that it makes coming to McDonald’s good even though the wait times can be long simetines. That guy jokes around with you when talking to you and it really shows that he likes his job.

    Excellent customer service. Super fast on food as always.

    They went above and beyond today to make sure my nephew got the toy he wanted.
