“The tldr is the food was good but the dining experience wasn't all that good. When we got to Mad Jax we saw a waiting area that is "under construction". Then when we got to the actual building we were told (by a guest, not an employee) that a hostess would come out and put us on the waiting list to be seated. We were told that it would be about a 15 minutes wait and it was about a 15 minutes wait (so good job on the estimation). Since the waiting area was under construction we had to wait outside on one of the two available branded benches. The once we got inside as far as the service and food goes it was all fine. The only two gripes I had on the inside was the fact that there was table cloths on the table rather than an actual table. And the last issue I had was that there was no uniform or dress code the employees has to follow. While the waitresses we're friendly, some of them just wore clothes that you would see someone wear around the house. All in all the food was good the dining experience was sub par.”

“Very friendly staff. I travel all over NC for my job and this is the first Subway that I ate at that asked me if I would like a rewards card. The young lady sandwich artist showed me the cards and I actually signed up for one. I eat at Subway Restaurants regularly and several employees at other stores have asked me if I have a rewards card but they have never asked me if I would like to sign up for one. I also liked the fact that this location hot what I call the hot relish as well. Not many of the stores offer this topping but I truly enjoy it. KUDOS!”

“Tiptons is closed now. A new restaurant will open in its place called Heavy Smoke. While it was open the food was good, the atmosphere was casual and the service great. Have been here multiple times after 7pm and was told they were out of dirty rice, mac and cheese or that I would have to wait a long time because they didn't have enough chicken to fill my 8 piece order. When I am in the parking lot I can smell it and my daughter and I sat outside tonight and we had to sit next to the wall out there to get away from the smell!
