“Not going to give lower score because just opening. However, my Grilled Club Sandwich was cold and Western Fries a little blan. Was really looking forward to Royal Farm coming to Wilson area. I'm sure it's going to get better. Royal Farm in Md is on point. After spending $31 on sandwiches and western fries. I'm the only one that ate the food. Wife and son didn't care for it at all. Did have to warm up my food. Live less than 15 minutes from store.”

“I've always have been a fan of this chain, I've been to 5-6 sheetz and they all have had some issue mostly little things. But Wilson store #396 is one I frequent almost daily and yes sometimes they have a lot of trash and the bathrooms I wouldn't say dirty more like messy paper towels overflowing from the trash cans and also people just throwing stuff on the floor but considering there open 24/7 they cant just stop and clean everything. I personally never had a issue with not getting toilet paper. They have a great selection of food and I really like the fact you can get breakfast anytime. The staff are friendly I had one order get made wrong and the manager I believe Aaron was his name he apologized immediately fixed the food himself right then and there and made sure I was happy with what I got and they had a crowd in the store at the time.I think they do a excellent job at that location which is why I go there so much. So much that last night when I got off of work I stopped there and realized I didn't need anything I just went there cuz it's been part of my routine for so long lol. Great food,people,service specially for a 24/7 operation. I think if some of the ppl that left a 1 star rating could work somewhere that never closes and having to deal with the drunk folks at 2-3-4 am and all the other issues that come with that. If you noticed it's not really fast food they make your order when you place it not just pick it up off a heat lamp and passed out it's made to order! ????????????????????”
