    Great service and Kate was very nice and helpful.but the restaurant was very slammed little slow to go but things went well overall.

    The food is good but y’all have a hard time listening to what people want eat. Y’all forget a lot of things and then get mad when the customers call up to complain. Do better

    Pizza hut in Lorain is much better. I mean, the food here is still good. Just a handful of times they're running late. I can order something hours in advance and still end up waiting. Besides that, the food is pretty good
