It seems like they got off to a rough start, but things have leveled out and their service is pretty great! I feel really bad because my dad was picking up a salad and fries for me and asked if it’s gluten free (I have celiac) and the cashier he got was really sweet and explained it all to him, but her manager jumped down her throat and took her into the back to talk to her. My dad said he hoped she didn’t get in trouble and the manager explained that they have to be careful in case anyone sued. I know my limits and if I ever get glutened, I accept it as part of the risk, I personally would never blame anyone. As a chairwoman of the customer service committee where I work, I really appreciate the effort and knowledge the cashier put into explaining the ingredients and storage procedures behind their different menu items. ❤️

The people here are great. Friendly and courteous. Even offered to help carry a large order to my car! Can sometimes be a little slow but the accuracy and service more than make up for it.
