    First, the food. Some of the best BBQ I've had.
    I was in the area for a week visiting relatives, and gave this place a try. Then had to come here a second time before leaving - it was that good.

    Second, the people. Being not-from-around-here in a small town, you worry you're gonna get a cold reception. I got the exact opposite. Friendly, welcoming, and made me want to come back. Even gave me some of the dry rub to try for extra seasoning.

    Lastly, try some of their Alabama sauce, and use it on your potatoes or fries if you get them. You won't be disappointed.
