“This is a really special place. On January 14th, 2023 my family was about to hold my mother’s funeral at Baumgardner’s. Everyone was not from Andover. There were about 50 of us. Natalie made room for all of us to gather there that morning for breakfast. The food was delicious and the service was phenomenal! I can’t thank them enough for the hospitality they showed me and my family members. It was a bright spot during one of the worst times of my life! What a blessing! “First, the food. Some of the best BBQ I've had. I was in the area for a week visiting relatives, and gave this place a try. Then had to come here a second time before leaving - it was that good. Second, the people. Being not-from-around-here in a small town, you worry you're gonna get a cold reception. I got the exact opposite. Friendly, welcoming, and made me want to come back. Even gave me some of the dry rub to try for extra seasoning. Lastly, try some of their Alabama sauce, and use it on your potatoes or fries if you get them. You won't be disappointed.”

“Restaurant was very nice and clean from what I seen. Had a late night bite to eat with my girlfriend and sat down in the bar area. Had a brief conversation with the owner, very nice guy. Well worth 5 stars in my eyes. Ordered a medium rare blue cheese burger and added bacon to it and it came out exactly how I wanted it. Very well done with the food I left happy and with a full belly of good food.”

“Foods ok, pretty greasy. It would be worthy of a 4 or 5 star review but I recently had a bad experience with the place. I ordered 2 large pizzas, wings and jojos. The jojos and wings were fine, but when I got my pizzas they were smalls. I understand that you may have gotten a couple new employees but it's pretty hard to feed 6 people with 2 small pizzas.”

“Not sure what the Fred Csiky guy is talking about. Most of the meat (including the burgers) is locally sourced from a butcher shop in Andover. All fresh meat. Of course things like chicken fingers come in frozen, but the wings, sausage, burgers, and Philly steaks are all local and fresh. Best food in town, hands down. Beer is cold, and the food is good. I would recommend going in and trying anything from the menu. Just because it's a small bar doesn't mean it can't have great food.”
