    GREAT PIZZA, poor customer service! I ordered the dlx & 1 topping deal. My wife doesn't like mushrooms so I asked them to substitute the mushrooms for banana peppers. The lady that took my order said they can't substitute and even if I dropped the mushrooms she would have to charge me $1.50. I said, "screw it" and ordered it with no mushrooms.

    Funny thing is, they didn't take $1.50 off my order. I don't see a problem substituting WITHIN REASON. Meat for a meat veggie for a veggie. I would even bet that banana peppers are cheaper than mushrooms!
