First, I wish to thank the manager (PK) for running a well-oiled machine. All of the staff members are very friendly and they go out of the way to ensure that your order is delivered quickly, but more importantly, accurately.

I think PK can take much of the credit for all of this. As another reviewer said, PK works as hard as his staff members. Consequently, he is leading by example, a quality of leadership that is hard to find these days.

This Dairy Queen is close to my home and I’m so glad to have Dairy Queen in Middletown!

I went through there today I had both my dogs with me and they were so nice and offer to PUP cups for my dogs which I thought was very kind of them they are the friendliest staff I’ve ever seen at a restaurant their line is always long but it moves really fast their food and a cool treats or amazing exactly how they should be in the workers are just Friendly as can be.This is how you run a Dairy Queen this is how a restaurant should be ran maybe dairy queen could give the other restaurants in Middletown Advice on how to make the restaurants run better.

Food was hot fresh and delicious. The line worth the wait Moved fast and friendly service. Owner was friendly. He was working as hard as his employees. Nice to have DQ back. Keep up good work.
