    Nice and clean. Service was great. They have friendly staff that is super helpful. The play place is huge! It has a toddler area but it's difficult to try to keep them from trying to go all the way up. The play area also has tables and a family restroom so that is nice.

    Great location. The store manager really cares about customer service and it shows. The cashier was engaging and helpful. The service is so good, I'd drive up all the way up from Blue Ash to eat lunch here.

    Loved this McDonalds. One of the sweetest employees just brought out my coffee to me. Did not get her name but she has an accent. Wish I lived by here, would definitely come back. Oh, and by the way, my sugar free vanilla latte was on point!!! ????

    Can day that McDonald's for is all that great, but the play place was really fun for the kids!

    Unfortunately I've used the kiosk to order food. I paid but it didn't print me a receipt, do I waited in the cashier line to double check it went through. They told me it didn't and I would have to order again. Later we were served the same meal twice and had to get one reimbursed.

    Moral of the story: great play place, but don't order on the kiosk.
