Another Broken Egg Cafe

Had an absolutely wonderful breakfast today at Another Broken Egg. I had the MARDI GRAS OMELETTE, and topped it off by sharing a Bananas Foster pancake with my wife. Everything tasted great! Best breakfast in the Cincinnati area!

Food was excellent. I called ahead to have my name put on list for 40 minutes. But alas when we arrived my name was not on list. They made me wait. I'm handicapped so standing is hard but we did as told stood outside. No room to sit. I get that most don't like us old folks but get a better way of waiting.

This was my first time to eat at Another Broken Egg, in fact my first meal inside a restaurant since Corona. I like that the last out is spacious and our server was masked and very attentive and friendly.

It's a breakfast type menu (which is good for ANY meal) and I spotted a variety of waffles, pancakes (even gluten free) and even Beignets. Our party all chose different Omelets, and mine was filled with sausage and crisp bacon with cheese and was delicious. The fried potatoes were crispy, just the way I like them.

There are LOTS of beverage options and a vast menu - my only complaint is there are no locations within 100 miles of where I live. I highly recommend.

I got the Biscuit and Gravy to go with eggs. Overall speed was great, the food tasted fresh, homemade and fantastic! Inside the front desk was very welcoming and friendly. It was very clean and open feeling with that country city twist and I love the music they played!

Saturday and Sunday.... Join the wait-list because of the popularity. Has a Louisiana feel to it. For a chain restaurant they are good for food that is not common on many menus of other breakfast and lunch types. As a starting restaurant they have their hiccups but I'm sure that will get better with time.
