Hot Head Burritos

Pretty good... minus the random onions throughout my burrito that i didn't want on there really ruined it, I assume it's mixed in with the lettuce, bad move.

My dog and I eat here as a special Doggy Date.

I enjoy the food selection at hot head along with the multitude of sauce choices. The manager at hot head doesn't come off as friendly and customer oriented. Staff seems to fear him. I had an experience about six months ago when ordering food. I asked for extra cheese and the worker kept looking over at her manager and seemed very nervous. I felt bad for the worker. I made it clear that I would pay for any extra but it didn't seem to comfort her. I understand food cost can be a major expense but it shouldn't be an issue of its rung up and portioned correctly

The food had looked like its been sitting out for awhile as I was getting the very last scoop of the black beans and it was only 7pm. Food was cold by the time I got home to eat it, the two girls working never smiled and seemed as though they hated their lives working there. I have had much better experiences here.
