Stella Bleu Bistro

It felt like a waste ordering a burger at a place like Stella Bleu, but The Diner Burger didn't disappoint! Quite possibly the best burger I've ever had; juicy and full of flavor! Looking forward to outdoor eating on the patio, which connects to the alley featuring the beautiful new Rose City murals. Overall, a very nice addition to downtown Springfield.

Wow! Is all I can say. This is in the old Wren's department store entrance on Main Street. The men's clothing store section. The restaurant itself is very nice and the staff is sharp, attentive, approachable and friendly. The FOOD is outstanding. From the bread, tyne and basil, to the appetizer, to the dinner every thing was delicious. We had a large party about 30, but I'd assume for normal party sizes they'd be just as accommodating. 1st time here, but it will not be my last. Stop in at Stella Bleu Bistro. You will not be disappointed.

Didn't know Springfield had restaurants this fancy. Everything we had here was very good. Atmosphere and service were very nice. Lunch is cheaper than dinner. A bit pricier than most Springfield restaurants but for good reason.

The food is amazing! Something for every taste! Service and atmosphere fantastic! I’ve been twice and was not disappointed. These guys put their hearts into this place!
