(June 8, 2019, 3:16 pm)This Bavarian German-themed meat store and deli also hosts a daily hot food bar with delicious à la carte meals quickly served for you to enjoy. Their bratwurst casserole is a must. Their schnitzel is great. Come to shop AND to eat!

(March 17, 2019, 3:09 pm)Carles is a staple in Bucyrus. Big community supporter. Fantastic selection of homemade foods in their deli and hot bar. We enjoy eating lunch here, my favorites are their chicken salad and broccoli salad. Can't beat their bratwurst! Fine meat selection. Friendly staff, clean store.

(November 10, 2018, 5:45 pm)They have hot food & also have tables & chairs so you can eat there or takeout. The food is so good & is made fresh daily at this establishment. They have a deli & also fresh meat. Burgers, steaks, bratwurst etc. You can pretty much get whatever you want here. Handicap parking & automatic doors makes it assessable for everyone.
