TLDR: they forgot to make my icecream cake, fixed the mistake, but gave me a melty cake that had been driven 20 minutes to my house, 20 minutes back and then I had to take it back home.
Ordered an icecream cake for a birthday. When I picked it up they gave me the wrong cake. I noticed after I drove 20 minutes home. I called and they said to bring it back. Then they call again while I’m on my way and say they forgot to make the cake but the boss is coming to make it.
I give the cake back, wait, and they call me to say my cake is ready. It has the right name this time so I drive it home again.
The upsides: They we’re apologetic, they gave me some cash for the gas I wasted, and the boss came in to fix the mistake and make the cake.
The downsides: pretty sure they just scraped the name off and replaced it and gave me a cake that had been driving back and forth for an hour on a hot day.
It was melty despite putting it in a freezer bag with ice packs because ice packs can only do so much.
When I finally served it the whole thing was drooping on one side and it had slid all over the place.
I know they tried to fix the mistake, I know mistakes happen, but it really put a damper on the birthday and made me late.

The serving sizes you get for the price is incredible! 😍 They have a decent variety of food and ice cream too and great staff. Love this place.

This local business is awesome. They have all kinds of ice cream and food to eat. I recommend the banana boat!

I got to say, Its personally my favorite place to eat in town. The foot long cony dog, pizza steak (aka pizza burger), shredded chicken and, the fries (cooked in peanut oil) are all my favorites. They do have ice cream too. Really the only downside is they close early in the fall.
Other than that all around great place to eat and get a sweet treat.
