    Food was good but came out on the cool side of warm. Everything was fresh it just wasn't hot. Wife's meal was hot, guess I just got unlucky.

    It's IHOP... good food. Good choices. Good service. Expect a wait after Sunday Church.

    Service was very slow our food wasn't the best. We mentioned this to our waitress and she explained that there was a new cook and she apologized. The manager came out and took 50% off our check! We were still willing to pay for our food since we ate most of it and did not expect that at all. The staff here are so nice, hoping the cook situation gets fixed soon.

    Great service. Food was great as well. Clean and tidy dining room. Staff was very quick and responsive to acknowledge guests. Waitress had a very nice and friendly attitude, esp. towards the kids. Definitely a good place to bring kids. With pancakes being the obvious star of the menu, and variety of pancakes to choose from, you can't go wrong. Thank you.
