The Cheesecake Factory

I love this place! Always clean utensils, plates, table, seat, and everything. Everyone is nice and always smiling! Awesome food! Can't wait to go back.

Cheesecake Factory is my mom's favorite restaurant, she choose it for her birthday dinner with the family. This being her 91st birthday, she always select the same meal, with the strawberry cheesecake. We all had a wonderful time, everything went well, the wait time for our table wasn't that long either.
Our server was Brittany, and another server and they both took care of us fabulously no matter what we wanted or ask for extra.
The main thing is that my mother enjoyed herself and we had a great time. Thanks

I love cheesecake factory. The food is usually always in point and the service always good. I've even been to this location on previous visits to Cleveland. This time was not as enjoyable as in the past. First, we had to wait an hour, which in itself wasn't so bad since we elected to wait, but to have to wait for nearly an hour to get our appetizers and food was really disappointing, especially since the place wasn't as crowded after the hour wait. The fish and chips, which I ordered after being informed that there was no more salmon, should have been better. The fish tasted as if it had been cooked in burnt oil and the fries weren't as fresh as they should have been for waiting an hour. This is the first time I can ever say that a cheesecake factory was off their game today. At least our server was nice. Hopefully the next time we visit the experience will be a better one.

The food is amazing! Portions are great. The mixed drinks are some top of the line! Service is spot on and friendly! The staff is fun and professional! Its a great dining experience!!

I made the trip just for the cheesecake. I had the Chocolate Tuxedo Cheesecake and my grandson had the Oreo cheesecake. It was delicious! I was at no point, disappointed! The size of the slices were just right as well as the price. The choices cheesecake that were in the display case was phenomenal. They all look delicious. If you're ever in the mood for a delicious well made not overpriced cheesecake oh, you have to stop there and try one and a different one each time you go, you will not be disappointed.
